We Stand Alone, The Tree And I

We stand alone
the tree and I
our youth was spent
no going back
but we stand tall
the tree and I.

Rambling On This Morning

A forest walk
in shadows deep
tonight I'll sleep
no counting sheep
fresh air to breathe
and sunshine too

Nice to see my shadow
walking by my side
through shadows deep
and forest tall

I hear the birds
they see me, then fly
sometimes I wish
they weren't so shy

The day was spent
the gentle breeze
sang softly to me
come back soon
to forest tall
where I can walk
in shadows deep.

I did not see a lot of birds while out
driving this morning however I noticed
how much some of the foliage is starting
t take on some pretty autumn
 colors at the marshes
 There are many clusters of
 Nodding Beggarticks this year

A nice little bird, maybe a Sparrow.
 A cute little Shorebird.

 Love ➽ Pied Billed Grebe
Marsh North Of The Little Church

Out Standing In A Farmer's Field.

 A Muledeer
 2 Young Turkey Vultures
These 2 bring my 2019 count to 38 Turkey Vultures so far this year.
Quite a few Red Tailed Hawks coming through again.

 My Favorite Marsh Area
